**Objects:** TO RELIEVE SUFFERING AND DISTRESS AMONGST PERSONS ENDANGERED BY ACCIDENTS, ILLNESS OR NATURAL HAZARDS, PRINCIPALLY IN WILTSHIRE BUT WITHOUT GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATION, AND TO SUPPORT ANY OTHER RESCUE ORGANISATION, AND TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE SECURE AND EFFICIENT SEARCH AND RESCUE OF ANY PERSONS SO ENDANGERED.

**Activities:** Search and rescue teams exist to search for missing persons or the vulnerable, and items such as evidence in a criminal case. WILSAR primarily cover the county of Wiltshire but we also regularly assist neighbouring teams in Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Dorset and Berkshire and will assist any search organisation requesting help, if at all possible.
