To Provide Safe Reasonable Access During Restoration For A) Visitors By Request B) Educational, Research, Historical Evaluation And Like Purposes C) Community Groups And Similar 4. Upon Completion Of Restoration Safe And Accessible Access Will Be Maintained In Accordance With (3) Supra. 5. Such Other Means As The Trustees May From Time To Time Determine.
