## **Public Benefit Statement**

The trustees confirm that they have had regard to the public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission for England and Wales when reviewing the charity’s aims and objectives.

During this reporting period, SparkworksUK did not deliver charitable activities or programmes and therefore no direct public benefit was provided during the year. However, the trustees used this period to consider how the charity will best deliver its charitable purposes in future.

SparkworksUK has been established with the intention of supporting individuals through coaching, personal development, and leadership development, with a focus on helping people discover purpose, build resilience, develop positive habits, and overcome personal barriers. The trustees believe that these activities will contribute to the public benefit by improving individual wellbeing, personal effectiveness, and the ability of individuals to contribute positively within their communities.

The trustees continue to explore the most effective ways to deliver these services and ensure that future programmes are accessible, impactful, and aligned with the charity’s charitable objectives.

The trustees remain committed to ensuring that all future activities are carried out for the public benefit and in accordance with the charity’s governing document.
