Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is:to Relieve The Needs Of Children And Young People Up To The Age Of 18 In England And Wales Who Are Living With Hair Loss Due To Alopecia, Or Other Medical Conditions Or Illnesses Which Cause Hair Loss, By:(a) Providing Access To Counselling Services To Children And Young People And Their Families To Address The Impact Of Hair Loss Upon Mental Health And Wellbeing;(b) The Provision Of Practical Solutions To Address Hair Loss, Such As The Provision, Fitting And Maintenance Of Medical Human Hair Systems To Those Who Require Them, In Particular Children And Young People From Economically Disadvantaged Backgrounds;(c) Raising Awareness Of Hair Loss And The Impact IT Has On Mental Health And Wellbeing On Children And Young People And Their Families Through The Provision Of Training And Education To The Public And Professionals Working With Children And Young People.
