**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PROMOTE THE MUSICAL EDUCATION OF PEOPLE UP TO AND INCLUDING THE AGE OF 24 YEARS, IN THE WEST MIDLANDS AND THE SOUTH WEST OF ENGLAND, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING BY AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS GRANTS TENABLE AT ANY INSTITUTION OF EDUCATION.

**Activities:** To honour the life and legacy of Martin Schellenberg (1959-2021) we provide support to young musicians (up to the age of 24 years) in the West Midlands &amp;amp; South West of England; particularly those with a talent in voice, piano and/or organ; who make classical, operatic or jazz music. Support may take the form of a financial grant or non-financial support e.g. professional advice/mentoring.
