C. Objectves and Actvites
The Ark’s main charitable objective is to support education, ultimately aiming to establish and sustain a school or associated educational programmes.
During this financial year, the charity focused on maintaining compliance, continuing governance development, and preparing for future fundraising activities.
D. Achievements and Performance
The charity maintained active charitable status and continued foundational development. No external funding was received during this reporting period.

Expenditure: £1,900
All expenditure during the year was funded personally by trustees. No reimbursements were made.
F. Policy on Reserves
The Ark currently holds no reserves due to the absence of incoming funds. The trustees aim to establish reserves once fundraising activities commence.
