## **1. Overview of the Charity** 

Attuned is a CIO registered on 01 November 2023 with the purpose of advancing education for the public benefit through neuroscience-based teacher training and well-being initiatives. 

The organisation focuses on supporting children and communities through education, heart-brain coherence, neuroplasticity principles and NLP-supported approaches.

## **3. Charitable Activities & Public Benefit** 

Attuned partners with individuals and schools to train teachers in applying neuroscience to optimise learning outcomes and strengthen well-being in local and international communities. 

Work includes: educational training, developing heart-brain coherence material, webinar hosting and building partnerships for global development including The Gambia.

The charity maintains policies for safeguarding, complaints handling, risk management, internal controls, volunteer management, trustee conflict management, social media usage and financial procedures ensuring responsible operation.
