## **1. Structure, Governance and Management**
Nneoma Health For All is a registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) governed by its Constitution. The trustees are responsible for the overall governance and strategic direction of the charity and confirm that they comply with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 and the Charities SORP (FRS 102).
## **2. Objectives and Activities**
The charity’s objectives are the advancement of health or the saving of lives, the relief of disability, and the prevention or relief of poverty.
## **3. Achievements and Performance**
During the reporting period, the charity remained financially dormant and did not receive any income or incur any expenditure. However, the trustees continued to lay the foundations for the charity's future operations and delivery of its charitable objectives.
Preparatory work included identifying funding opportunities and writing to international grant-making organisations to seek financial support for the charity's programmes. The trustees also developed plans for key initiatives, including a Mobile Health Clinic and a Telemedicine Programme, aimed at improving access to healthcare for underserved and vulnerable communities.
In addition, the charity continued volunteer-led community engagement by providing a support hotline for migrants, particularly those facing language barriers and health-related challenges. This service offers information, guidance and signposting to appropriate health and support services.
These preparatory and volunteer-led activities were undertaken without the use of the charity's funds and therefore did not affect the charity's dormant financial status.
## **4. Financial Review**
The charity remained financially dormant throughout the year. No income was received and no expenditure was incurred during the reporting period. Consequently, the charity's financial position remained unchanged, with no movement in reserves or cash balances. Although preparatory and volunteer-led charitable activities took place during the year, these were undertaken without the use of the charity's funds.
## **5. Reserves Policy**
As the charity remained financially dormant during the reporting period, the trustees have not adopted a formal reserves policy. Once fundraising activities commence and operational expenditure is incurred, the trustees will establish an appropriate reserves policy.
## **6. Plans for the Future**
The trustees are committed to progressing the charity towards full operational status during the coming year. The charity has written to international grant-making bodies and will continue pursuing funding opportunities. We are also planning fundraising events to generate income and increase community engagement. The charity will continue its volunteer-led support services, including operating a community hotline for migrants, particularly those facing language barriers and health challenges, while progressing the Mobile Health Clinic and Telemedicine Programme.
