## **1. Structure, Governance and Management** 

Nneoma Health for all is a registered charity constituted as a charitable and governed by Charitable Incorporated Organisation. 

The trustees are responsible for the overall governance and strategic direction of the charity, and they confirm that they comply with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011, the trust deed and the charities SORP (FRS 102). 

## **2. Objectives and Activities** 

The charity’s objectives as set out in its governing document are: 

The Advancement of Health or Saving of Lives, Disability, The Prevention or Relief of Poverty. 

## **3. Achievements and Performance** 

The trustees are actively working to revitalise the charity's operations. We have written to international grant-making bodies to seek funding support. 

## **4. Financial Review** 

The charity account remained dormant throughout the year with no income or expenditure during the reporting period. The bank account balance and reserves remained unchanged. 

## **5. Reserves Policy** 

As the charity has not been active, the trustees have not developed a formal reserves policy. 



## **6. Plans for the Future** 

The trustees will continue working to revitalise the charity's operations. 

We are also in the early stages of planning local fundraising events. 

Additionally, skeletal charitable activities are now ongoing, including operating a hotline for migrants — particularly those facing language barriers and health challenges — to offer support and guidance.
