(A) TO PRESERVE, PROTECT AND MAINTAIN THE GRADE II LISTED BUILDING THE STOCKTON GLOBE FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT AND;(B) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE ARTS, HISTORY, HERITAGE AND CULTURE OF THE STOCKTON GLOBE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THEATRE MUSIC, DANCE, CREATIVE AND TECHNICAL TRAINING, ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE, SOCIAL AND CULTURAL HISTORY.

**Activities:** The objects of the Trust are.  (a) The advancement of Education, Arts and Culture through the promotion of educational and participatory activities inspired by the programmes, history, and heritage of The Globe in Stockton, (b) To work to the public benefit by ensuring that its beneficiaries will be drawn from the communities of Stockton, Teesside and the North East
