All matters are discussed with the Trustees, with a majority vote sealing any decisions made. KRO is also supported by the local community with volunteers offering help at events. ## **Activities and Achievements** KRO have had a solid year. Several families were supported through our phone lines and regular monthly support sessions which were held across the Ryedale area. Oneto-one sessions were also conducted with those who needed and wanted, a more personalised discussion. Various successful fundraising activities were carried out by the KRO team; including but not limited to, a ball, an evening with medium Dona Bell and a music festival. Fundraising activities are also carried out by the public, on behalf of the charity. KRO also continued to raise the profile of the charity and its services, by attending Ryedale and Malton Show and hosting discussions with several local organisations, such as schools, the Rotary club and local Women’s Institution. ## **Financial Review** KRO is in a stable financial position, with no debts or large financial commitments. Money is generated through fundraising activities, donations and grants. Trustees are all voluntary and therefore, not paid for any works carried out on behalf of KRO.
