This was approved by the Charity Commission on 23 October 2023, and Link House T￿￿t (CIO) was registered under the new number- 1205433. Since this date the trustees have been awsted by so1￿110rS, Anthony Collins LLP, in transferring all assets from the 'okl" charity lo the .￿￿ one. This has invofved transferring propertles and other material assets, funds (which has requir&S new bank a￿OUnts being sel up}, and employees, together with the assoaaled registration of new payroll. PAYE scheme, and pensirm scheme. The trustees have devoted much of 2024 to this process.
