**Activities:** For the public benefit in South East England, the relief of those in need by reason of physical and/or mental ill health, disability or age, including people with neurodegenerative conditions such as dementia and Parkinson's, and their carers through providing specifically designed, group therapeutic music sessions and associated activities led by experienced therapeutic arts practitioners.
