0￿ECTIVEs AND ACTllflTIES
The main objectiTre is ai)d remains to fuild raise to generate funds to have manufacture(t ai)d installed, branded benches in
piiblic spaces. The objective is to generate suffjcient funds to allow benches to be it]stalled once landom'ner aPprO￿.a[S have
been seLured.
The charity docs not providc any othcr scrviccs or rcsollrccs, with its activitics solcly focuscd on fundraising for bcllch
inbtallation5. All donations received are dedicated to this PUTpobe. and the Trustees ensuie that the funds are used
responsibly.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
Since its fnmatithn in Ocl()ber 2023, the charity has made signifi¢ant progre8$ ioward its goal. Notably..
On 26, February 2024, the charity successfully installed its first bench.
By 30" Jiily 2024, the charity had installed a toial of 6 ben¢hes.
The chaiity has raised Sufficient ￿ndS for an additional 17 benches, to be manufactured ready for installation subject to
necessary approvals.
This achicvcmcnt highlights thc charity's succcssful fundraising cfforts and its ability to mcct its kcy objcctivcs.
FINANCL4L REVIE
The trustees are satisfied ivith this year'% financial perfonnance of the charity. Reserp¢8 are nianaged responsibly, with
prudent Use to support the installation of benches. The trustees follow a clear policy of only cominitting to beiich
in%iallaiions once the nece8saTy fund% have been secured. This strategy not only en8ures financial sustainability but also
effeLtively niitigate5 the T15k of funding shortfalls.

October 2023.
The Charity has 4 Trustee's and the Charity holds formal Trustee Meetings every 3 to 4 months or as required. The minutes
are CiTculated and forinally approved at the subsequent meeting. The aim of tlie charity is as defined ill the Charity
Commisbion appli¢alion and approval i.e. to raise funds and install benches ¢oniaining details oforganisaiionb able lo assist
in tiines of need. There are no other services or resource5 that the charity aims to PTovide. In addition to the 4 Trustees there
