Itls 8fatifying that the rÈ8tslar donations have incr*a5ed and we are now in a position where
we have a cash surplus at the end of 2024 of £35,37212023: shortfall of £5.6191. This surplu5
is also posslble because of the funds received from the di0￿Se as part of the Brant. This has
helped to also reduce out outgoings at the same time as we have beneffted from an increase
In the donations. However, we do need to keep In mlnd thatthe grant will come to end before
we know it. At that point we need to be able to be as self-sufficient as possible to ensure that
can Itill benefit from ouradmin support that is so essential and ouryouth Worker. To meet thls
chalten8e we will need to be able to fvrther increase our income. We must make Sure that as
manyof our congrègation as possible, donate regularlyvla Parish Giving or stsnding ordÈrand
to encourage those that alrèadygive in this way. to consider increasing their giving in line wlth
inllation. Parish Biving offers this flexibility. With Parish Givingwe also benefft from automatic
