Summary of the purposes of the charity as set out in its governing document	Para 1.17	The charity's purpose is to promote and protect good health for the public beneft through the provision of educaton and training in life-saving skills, including CPR and the use of Automated External Defbrillators (AEDs). The charity also raises awareness of the potentally life-threatening issue that can arise when a person wearing a bra requires defbrillaton, with the aim of improving confdence, reducing hesitaton and increasing the likelihood of efectve AED use in an emergency.

Para 1.17 and 1.19	During the year the charity delivered awareness campaigns, educatonal workshops, presentatons and practcal demonstratons focused on CPR, AED use and the importance of exposing the chest and ensuring correct pad placement during cardiac arrest. Financial Review

Review of the charity’s financial position at the end of the period	Para 1.21	During the year ended 31 July 2025, the charity received income of £1,000 through donatons. Total expenditure for the year was £1,433.55, resultng in a defcit of £433.55 for the period. The charity ended the year with cash balances of £1,483.83. The defcit refects the charity's contnued investment in awareness raising, marketng and operatonal actvites during its development phase. The trustees remain commited to securing additonal funding and sponsorship opportunites to support future actvites.
Statement explaining the policy for holding reserves stating why they are held	Para 1.22	The charity aims to maintain sufcient unrestricted reserves to support ongoing operatonal costs, meet future project commitments and provide fnancial stability. As a relatvely new charity, the trustees recognise the importance of building reserves over tme whilst contnuing to invest in actvites that further the charity's objectves.
