## 1. Welcome & Introductons 

Chairperson’s Opening Remarks: 

- The Chairperson (JL) welcomed all attendees and thanked them for joining the charity’s end of year finance meeting. 

Atendees: Hilary Harold (HH) – Treasurer, Marc Harold (MH), Heather Kingdon (HK), Miroslava Neupauerova (MN), Jane Galloway (JG), Jenny Legg (JL) - CHAIR

## 2. Approval of Previous Meetng Minutes 

- As this was the charity’s first meeting, there were no previous minutes to review or approve. 

## 3. Chairperson’s Report (Year in Review) 

## Summary of the Charity’s Achievements 

- Bra Of Defb On (BODO) began with ambitious goals and has since refined its focus to three key objectives: 

   - Empower – Encourage individuals to take the pledge or give permission. 

   - `o` Educate – Promote awareness through the ambassador scheme and sticker 

   - campaign. 

   - Infuence – Conduct research and advocate for the inclusion of CPR on women in First Aid courses. 



## Key Projects & Impact 

- The charity has refined its focus and goals to remain realistic given funding constraints. 

- The trustee board consists of members with diverse skill sets, which will be further utilised in the coming year. 

- The training workshop has been delivered to participants, with individuals pledging or granting permission. 

## Challenges & Future Plans 

- Challenges Identfed: 

   - Building partnerships with other charities to expand the reach of the message. 

   - Raising funds for the stcker campaign and securing resources to attend events and shows. 

- Future Plans: 

   - Expand presentations and training reach. 

   - Strengthen the charity’s social media presence and develop a business funding strategy .

   - £444 from First Aid Facilitators Forum 

   - £300 from Training Legs First Aid (Sponsorship)
