The object of the CIO is for the public benefit, the advancernent of the
Christian faith through the resourcing and encouragement of Christians to
practice their faith throughout the United Kingdom, in particular but not

promotion of dialogue

The Charity Commission in its Charities and Public Benefit Guidance
requires that there are two key principles to be met to show that an
orgaDisalion's aims are for the public benefit. Firstly, there musl be an
identifiable benefit. Secondly, the benefit must be lo the public or a
section of the public.
The Trustees confirm that in setting the Charity's objectives and in
planning its activities, they have had due regard to the Charity

During the period from October 2023 to April 2025, the Charity delivered
sustained programme of events, communi¢alions and nelworking
opportunities designed to educate, encourage and support individuals in
discetning and stepping into their vocation, leadership and areas of
service..
Key achievemenls during the period included-.
Delivering two Stronger Conferences. each running over five
day5. engaging approximately 475 participants and supported by
190 volunteer speakers across the two years. addressing themes
aligned with the Charf(y's purposes including leadership, Gulture,
entrepreneurship, communication. business and digital
engagement
Working In collaboration with 25 partner organisalions in the
delivery of the Stronger Conferences, primarily for the purposes of
signposting participants lo additional resources and support, and
extending the reach and accessibility of the Charity's work
Publishing 77 weekly Stronger email communications, freely
available lo SubsCr￿bers, consolidating teaching and insi9hts from
events and providing practical tools and reflection to support
learning and personal application
Producing and sharing regular social media ¢ontenl, including
summaries and excerpts from conference talks, lo extend the
accessibility and reach of the Charity's educational reSoUr￿S
Hosting a number of standalone webinars, enabling participants
to learn from peers and mentorg through shared experience.

Facilitating ¢oa¢hing connections wrthin the Charty's network,
including through an affiliate coaching organisation. providing
additional support and encouragement for individuals taking next

The Trustees have adopted a r6setves policy which distinguishes
be￿een general reserves held to support ongoing operational
requirements and manage financial risk, and speeific reserves
designated for particular projects or future commilmenls. General
reserves are held to protect the Charity against financial uncertainty.

activities, financial risks and future plans, and decisions are minuted and
