## **OLAMIOSA UK CHARITY TRUSTEE’S REPORT FOR FINANCIAL/2025** 

## **MISSION AND CORE VALUES** 

Our alumni charity was established for empowering students of Our Lady of Apostles, Maryway Odo-Ona Ibadan in Oyo State Nigeria to develop functional and useable IT skills in alignment with global demand of technology in External Examinations. 

## **MEMBERSHIP** 

34 Members including 10 Trustees 

## **EXECUTIVE MEMBERS** 

There 8 active members in charge of running the charity for stated Financial Period 

## **REPORTING LINE** 

Executive members report to Trustees for proper accountability purposes 

## **MEETINGS** 

6 meetings in this financial year took place, 3 physicals in different locations in UK and 3 virtual meetings. 

## **SOURCE OF FUNDING FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR** 

Active Members paid their annual dues and voluntary contributions on top, financial year fund raising was done in October of 2024 with aim to procuring desktops and laptops for the students.
