## **3. FINANCIAL REVIEW**

Adrian Darley, Treasurer

The Draft Accounts are attached. Our 1st year of trading was uneventful so the accounts are very simple. We have used the "receipts and payments " approach to the accounts, using a template from HMRC. This is a summary of all the money we received and paid out in the year. The CIO does not hold assets (things we own or money owed) or liabilities (money owed to others).

The Charity seeks to raise funds, which are then spent on projects in line with its purpose on Clapham Common. A small amount of unrestricted funds is used to cover ongoing costs

## Reserves Policy

The CIO does not currently hold financial reserves.

## Going Concern

The Charity is, in the opinion of the Trustees, a going concern.
