Reserves policy A Community Infrastructure Levy grant will be awarded in the next financial year by East Suffolk Council of £1,524,000 inc. VAT which is lo be used for the addition of 4 further clinical rooms. a meeting room, a new uice room, an enhanced ReceptionlDispensary desk and a new Front Entrance Area. This work will start in Ortober 2025 with completion anticipated to I March 2026. In addition lo this work, the opportunity is betng taken to generally refuth"5h the Practice Building which was opened in 2001. This refurbishment programme is still lo be agreed and costed, bul will be funded from Reserves.
