The charity was registered on 18 October 2023. It has not traded in the period from incorporation to 31 December 2024. In 2025 it is expected that this charity will take over. at zero c05t, all of the assets and liabilities of charity number 247478. which will then be dissolved. All of the Trustees are volunteers but the Board has committed members with an excellent mix of skills. Sarah Stanley retired as Chair on 31 December 2023 and as a Trustee on 15 March 2024 after a long period of exceptional service to Sydney Simmons. Our aim in 2025 is to complete the transfer from the old charity and then continue to update and refurbish the 13 properties as it becomes necessary and to provide a safe and secure environment for our beneficiaries.
