distributing zakat to those in need, both in Bangladesh and beyond. Our eftorts have focused on providing
e$$ènlial financial assl5lan￿, 5UPPOrting small proiecls. and collaboratin9 with other charitable
organvzations lo m8ximize our impact.

We have svccessfulty provided zakat fund5 to needy indiwduals and farn11￿8 in Bangladesh. These fund$

The charity Is a charitable incorporated organisation and was registered on 18 October 2023.
The trustees who served during the period are detailed on page 1. The current trustees decide on the
appointment of new trustees. New trustees a￿ proposèd by the existin9 tnJslee5 and are appointed at
Annual General Meeting. The Chair is Abdul Rakib.
Future dÈvelopmènls
As we continue our work. we aim to expand our 5UPPOrt by assisting wilh small business setups, housing
projects. and collaboialing with mosques and other charitie5 to serve those in naed. Our goal i% t¢
empower Individua15 to become 5eK-5uffKv6nl while Tnainlaining our commitment lo zakat distfibulion and
emergency relief efforts.
We remain grateful to our donors and 5UPPOrters for making these 8chievemenls possib￿ and look
forward to continuing our misslon wtth g￿ater impact In the coming yo8r.
Reserve poSicy
Th8 pOI￿Y of the trustees is to continue to maintain unr88tricted reserves at a reasonable ￿Ver to fu￿11 the
objec15 of the Charity and allow it lo make support in the following year. The trustees have decided that the
Charity should hav8 minimum res8rv6s of £1,000.

The ttustees of Abdul Kadir Foundation, are iesponsible for preparing the Trustees, Annual Report
and the finanaal stat8rnent5 in accordan￿ wrth Ch8rits"e5 Act 2011.
Law applicable to Charitses In England and Wales requires the trustees to prepare accounts for each
financial year which give a true and fair view of the stale of affairs of the Chariws financial actsvib.es
during the year and of its financial position al the end of the year. In p￿parirng those accounts. the
trustees are required to..
