charity (Ihe Trust.) for the year ended 3110312025.

I report in ￿$re¢t of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Direth'ons given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)Ibl of the Act.

The main a¢tivrty of the chanty is fundraising to enable the awarding of
grants which will contribute to the purchase of specifically requested
rtems by LuGGombe Hub, an Ofsted approved SEN school, for the
educatson and benefft of their leamers.

Grant requests are made in writing by Luccombe Hub and discussed by
the trustees before any award is detemiined with the ex￿ptIOn thal the

during the year
Fundraising has been achieved by participating in or running events. and
by obtaining a grant and businesslpersonal donations.
We have been able to support Luccombe Hub by providing major funding
towards a variety of items geared towards their leamers, educational
needs including a swing, a yurt, a shepherd's hut, and a vehicle for
transports'ng leamers tofftom home.

The 202425 Account OP8ned with a balance of £15,667 and closed on
31 st March 2025 with a balance of £59,610.
Income of £66,808 was achieved as follows.. organi8ational donations of
£54,913. personal donations of £3,51 O., fvndraising events generated
£5416., a Local Authority grant provided £2,000,. our Grft Aid claim
produced £670: and repayment of a ternp)rary loan from Luccombe Hub
of £300.
Expenses of £22.865 are generally the granting of awards to Luccombe
Hub as listed above amounting to £21,403, event costs of £986,. annual
insurance of £115: plus, bank Charge8 of £61,. and a brief temporary loan
of £300.
