Organisation:
A Management Committee, the members olwhich are the trustees manages Ihe affairs of the charity
The Management Commiltee manages the business ol the charity including the paying ol all expenses

The Trustee8 are responsible lor keeping proper accounting records that disclose with reasonable aceuraey
at any lime the fi'nancial position ol the charity and enable them lo ensure thal the Financial Statements
comply with the Charities Act 2011.
The char￿tY (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 and the provisions ol the trust deed. They 8re also
responsible for safeguarding the assels of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention
and detedion of fraud and olhei iiiegularities
VOLUNTEERS..
The Trustees wish lo record their appreciation on behalf ol the Charity and ¢ommunity for the volunleors who
assist In the srnooth running ol the Charity and are critical in helping to keeps the running costs down
RISK REVIEW:
The Trustee5 have conducted their own review of the rnajor risks to which the Charity is exposed and steps
have t>een Init18ted lo minimise the identified risks All functions ol the Charity are subjected to periodic ieview
resulting in a proces5 of ongoing improvement
I staff and volunteers are trailled and have all the required statutory and regulatory clearances required.
SERIOUS INCIDENTS AND EXCEPTIONS..
The Trustees are pleased to note. that there were no incidents which gave rise lo the need lor the Trustees
to lodge a Serious Incident Report with the Charity Cotnmission. Furthermo￿, there were no EX￿ptionS
corded and which gave rise to the need lor the Trustees to recoid on the Charity's Exceptions. Register.
RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS..
Duriry the year the Charity was under the cortlrol of Ttuslee5 and Management Comrnittee memtÉrs as ILsled atKive.
This report. which has been prepared In accoidance with the special provisions of Part 15 01 the
Companies Act 2006 applicable to small companies.
No member5 of the management comtnittee received any remuneration during the year.
No trustee or other person related to the chanty had any personal interest In any contract or
tr8nsaciion enlered ittto by the Charity during the year.
Reserve Policy
It is the policy of the tharty that unrestricted funds, which hav8 not been designated lor a Specific use,
should be maintained at a level equivalent lo its expendrture. The Trustees consider Ihal
reserves at this level will ensure that. in the event of 8 significant drop in funding. They will be able to
continue the charity's current acts"vities while collsideiation is given to ways in which additional funds mav
be raised. The Centre wll actively work to achieve this level of r85erves.
INDEPENDENT EXAMINER
According to the piovision5 01 the Charities Act 2008 and updated 2011, the Committee has agreed that and
audit is not required lor this financial year. However due to provision5 of the same act an independent examiner
is rtquirod and AM Accountancy Service5 appointed as external Accountant or Independent Examiner.
