Objectives and Activities
Aims and Objectives
Dynasty Reign Allstars was registered as 8 Charitable Incorpomted Organisation ICIOI in June 2023. The
charity's purpose is lo advan￿ the amateur sport of cheerleading in East Sussex for public benefit through the
provision of participation facilities and activities for individuals aged 4 and above.
The core mission of Dynasty Reign Allslars is lo promote social welfare by providing cheedeading, gymnasts'cs,
and physical activities to the inhabitants of St. Leonards and surrounding areas, with a focus on improving their
condition of life.
Key objectives include..
Advancing cheerleading for public benefit.
Providing opportunities for personal and athletic development.
Promoting social inclusion for economically disadvantaged individuals and their families.
Publlc Beneflt
The trustees confirm that they have complied with the duty In Section 17 of the Charities Act 2022 to have due
regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit. All activities underiaken by Dynasty Reign
Allstars are aimed al promoting participation in cheerfeading for physical, social, and mental well-being. The
chsrity's programmes are inclusive and designed to provide equal opportunities for all, particularly focusing on
youth development and social inclusion through sport.

athletes), with teams spanning various age groups from 4 to 21. The alhleles were structured in the following

The charity's success is built on the hard work of its dedicated volunteers, including coaches, junior coaches, and
supportive parents.
Financial Review
Financial Position
The charity closed the financial year with reserves of £42,56612024.' £13,704), primarily held for the employment
of a programme development manager and for future growth. The funds are used lo ensure operational security,
meet unforeseen expenditures and support capital purchases for gym equipment.
Reserves Policy
Dynasty Reign Allstars holds funds to secure ongoing operations in case of red￿￿d income, unexpected costs
and to fund capital expenditures and support schemes for members facing financial difficulties.
Risk Management
During the 2023-2024 period, the trustees identified several potential risks lo the charity's operations, including..
Financial Risk.. The Iruslees ensured prudent financial management by maintaining a resetwes policy and
monitoring cash flow to safeguard against unexpected drops in Income.
Safeguarding Risk.. The charity followed strict safeguarding policies, with DBS checks and safeguarding
officers in place. Trustees worked closely with Coaches to ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe
environment.
Operational Risk.. As the charity expanded, managing the increasing number of members and teams
presented logistical challenges. To miligale this, Dynasty Reign Allstars developed slruclured coaching
programmes and ensured that volunteers were well-trained to handle the workload.

Risk Management- continued
Future Focus and Strategic Development
Dynasty Reign Allstars is commilled lo long-term growth, both in terms of membership and the
professional development of ils staff. Future plans include..
Employing a full-lime Head Coach to lead and oversee all training programmes and competitions.
Six junior coaches and three assistant coaches completed their coaching courses to become qualified in
October 2024, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline for the fLJture.
Expanding the charity's reach by promoting cheedeading in local schools and community centres,
encouraging broader participation.
Increasing fundraising efforts to ensure financial sustainability and continued investment in equipment and
facilities
Trustee and Stsff Development
Dynasty Reign Allstsrs has taken significant steps to enhance ils leadership and coaching structure. In February
2024, Ashleigh Rowe was employed as the CEO Programme Director, a pivotal role responsible for overseeing
all aspects of the charity's operational and coaching programmes. This full-lime position has allowed the charity
lo professionalise ils operations, ensuring the long-lerm development and sustainability of the organisation.
Additionally, plans are underway lo qualify six junior coaches and provide further development opportunities for
o assistant coaches, strengthening the coaching infraslruclure for future growth.
Looking ahead, the charity aims to..
Employ a full-time Head Coach to oversee day-lo-day training and operations.
Support six junior coaches in gaining form81 qualifications, ensuring they are equipped to lead future
teams.
Provide further development opportunities for two assistant coaches lo strengthen the coaching
infrastructure.
Structure, Governance and Management
Governing Document
Dynasty Reign Allstsrs is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. The charity is governed by a deed of trust and
trustees are selected or re-appointed at the AnnLJal General Meeting IAGMI held in November. Membership is
open lo all children and young adults who meet basic safety and instructional requirements. The charity follows
safegLJarding policies. with all trustees and coaches undergoing DBS checks.

Statement of Trustees. Responsibilities
The trustees are responsible for preparing the Report of the Trustees and the financial slalemenls in accordance
with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting
Practi￿1.
The law applicable to charities In England and Wales, the Charities Act 2022, Charity (Accounts and Reports)
Regulations 2008 and the provisions of the trust deed requires the trustees to prepare financial ststemenls for each
financial year which give a true and fair view of the slate of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resources and
application of reSoUr￿s, including the income and expenditure, of the charity for that period. In preparing those
financial stalemenls, the trustees are required to
select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently.,
observe the methods and principles in the Charity SORP.,
make judgements and eslimales that are reasonable and prudent.,
prepare the financial statements on the going cOn￿M basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the
charity will continue in business.
The trustees are responsible for keeping proper 8ccounting records which disclose with reasonable 8ceuracy al
any time the financial position of the charity and lo enable them lo ensure that the financial statements comply with
the Charities Act 2022, the Charity (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 and the provisions of the trust deed.
They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hen￿ for taking reasonable steps for the
prevention and detection of foud and other irregularities.

I report to the Iruslees on my examination of the accounts of Dynasty Reign Allslars (the Trust) for the year ended
31 July 2025.
Responsibilities and Basis of Report
As the charity Iruslees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
requirements of the Charities Act 20221'lhe Acl'l-
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under Section 145 of the Act and in
carrying out my examination I have followed all applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under
Section 14515llbl of the Act.
Independent Examiner's Statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come lo my allenlion in connection with
the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect".
1. accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by section 130 of the Act,. or
2. the accounts do not accord with those records,. or
3. the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and contents of accounts
set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the

1. General Information
Dynasty Reign Allstars is a charitable incorporated oryanisalion registered with the Charity Commission, registered
charity number 1205246. The principal address is Robsack Centre, Bodiam Drive, St. Leonards-on-sea, East
Sussex , TN38 gTW.
2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Charities SORP IFRS 1021 "Accounting
and Reporting by Charities.. Statement of Recommended Practice applicable lo charities preparing their
accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and RepLJblic of Ireland
IFRS 1021 leffeclive 1 January 20191" Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Charities Act 2022.
The charity is a Public Benefit Entity as defined by FRS 102.
2.2. Going Concem Disclosure
There are no material uncertainties that cast doubt on the charity's ability to continue as a going COn￿rn.
2.3. Fund Accountlng
Unrestricted funds can be used In accordan￿ with the charitable objectives al the discretion of the trustees.
Restricted funds Can only be used ftir particular reslricled putFX)ses within the objects of the eharily.
Restrictions arise when specified by the donor or when funds are raised for particular restricted purposes.

2.4. Tangible Fixed Assets and Depreciation
Tangible fixed assets are measured at cost less accumulated depreciation and any accumulated impairment
losses. Depreciation is provided al rates calculated to write off the cost of the fixed assets, less their

2.7. Expenditure
Liabilities are recognised as expenditure as soon as there is a legal or constructive obligation committing the
charity lo that expenditure, il is probable that a transfer of economic benefits will be required in settlement
and the amount of the obligation can be measured reliably. Expenditure is accounted for on an accruals
basis and has been classified under headings that aggregate all cost related to the category. Infftere costs
cannot be directly attributed to particular headings they have been allocated to activities on a basis
consistent with the use of resources.
