During the year, the following persons served as trustees: - Olufemi Paul Oyebokun - Chair - Omolara Oyebokun - General Secretary - Joy Jaiyeola-Oyebokun -Treasurer - Olufemi Oyebokun -Trustee - Gold Oyebokun -Trustee ## **Structure, Governance and Management** ## _Constitution:_ The charity is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) Foundation and is governed by a constitution dated 29 November 2025. (Amended date: A change of name for a member of the trustees as a result of marriage was submitted to the Charity commission and duly amended). ## **Management:** The trustees manage the charity and meet regularly to review progress and make decisions. No trustee received any remuneration for their role. ## **Objectives and Activities** ## _Charitable Objects:_ The objects of the CIO are as follows: - To advance the Christian faith for the benefit of the public in accordance with our statement of faith. - The advancement of the Christian faith mainly, but not exclusively, by means of broadcasting Christian messages of an evangelistic and teaching nature. - To advance the Christian faith for the benefit of the public in such parts of the United Kingdom or the world and in ways as the trustees from time to time may deem fit, through the holding of prayer meetings, lectures, public celebration of religious festivals, producing and/or distributing literature on Christianity to enlighten others about the Christian religion. ## _Public Benefit_ Covenant Ministries International Worldwide is committed to enabling as many people as possible to become part of our church community, whether online or in person. We encourage attendees to invite others to participate in our Bible-based worship and prayer meetings. When planning our activities, the trustees confirm we have had due regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit, in particular the Charity commissions’ guidance on charities, for the advancement of religion. We are committed to enable individuals to live out their faith as part of our community through worship and prayer, learning about the good news and developing their knowledge and trust in Jesus Christ. We also offer pastoral support to attendees seeking prayer or a listening ear. All activities are open to the public and everyone is welcome to attend the services. ## **Main Activities and Achievements:** ## _Worship and Fellowship_ Throughout the year, Covenant Ministries International Worldwide held a range of weekly services which attendees found spiritually enriching and supportive. Many expressed appreciations for the accessibility of online services, which allowed them to attend even when they could not participate in person. Our services included worship, preaching, and communal prayer, and were conducted in person and online for about six months and later primarily via Zoom due to issues with easy access to the venue. When in-person gatherings took place, printed leaflets and visual presentations helped attendees follow the service more easily. All services remained open to the public, and attendees were warmly welcomed. Those who wished to express gratitude to God for milestones (e.g. birthdays) were given the opportunity to do so and share these moments with the wider church community. ## _Bible Based Prayer_ Online Wednesday evening prayer meetings created a dedicated space for communal intercession and reflection. Attendees actively participated through live prayer and by sharing reflections or requests. Intercessory prayer held on Fridays for attendees wanting to pray for others and global events in the world. ## _Outreach and Evangelism_ During the year, online platforms and flyers were used to create awareness and invite attendees to the meetings held by the charity. ## _Major Christian Festivals_ The church observed key Christian festivals like Christmas and Easter, with additional services designed to foster a strong sense of community. These included Carol Service, Good Friday, end of year Crossover Service and other meetings for special prayers during the lent period. These programmes generated good attendance and were appreciated by attendees for their spiritual depth and communal significance. The services helped maintain a rhythm of celebration and reflection around major events in the Christian calendar. ## _Custodian trustees_ CMIW or its trustees do not act as custodian trustees. ## **Financial Review** ## _Income and Expenditure:_ The charity received total income of £5,227.44 during the year, mainly from: - Donations: £4,868.34 - Bank Interest: £ 359.10 Total expenditure for the year was £3,876.40. Details are as in the Receipt and Payments account submitted. As of year-end, the charity held **£22,847.55** in reserves. Based on the agreed policy of maintaining reserves equivalent to 6 months of core operational costs, the current reserve surplus is **£19,624.** The trustees consider this sufficient to meet ongoing obligations. The charity held no restricted or designated funds during the reporting period. ## **Volunteering** Covenant Ministries International Worldwide is deeply grateful to all the trustees who volunteered their time and skills throughout the year. Their contributions were vital to the smooth running of our services. Their willingness to serve ensured that both online and faceto-face services ran effectively and created a welcoming and organised environment for all participants. The trustees would like to thank each volunteer for their dedication and continued commitment to the mission and values of the charity. ## **Independent Examination** As the charity’s income is below £25,000, no independent examination or audit is required. ## **Declaration** The trustees declare that they have approved this report and it is signed by the Chair on behalf of the board of trustees.
