The Foundation's mission is to advance the arts and art education by promoting the oevre of Lilly Fenichel, placing her works, many of which are owned by it,with important museums and galleries and selected private collections.The Foundation intends to produce a catalogue raisonee,catalogue her archives and trace her work.Eventually,when funds are available, grants will be made to support artists.

Objects: The Furtherance Of The Education Of The Public In The Appreciation Of Art And The Promotion Of Art, Including Without Limitation In The Albuquerque Area In The State Of New Mexico In The United States Of America, In Such Ways As Shall Be Exclusively Charitable; And Such Other Exclusively Charitable Purposes As The Trustees In Their Absolute Discretion Shall Determine.
