To gather together sufficient funds for
the purpose of erecting a Memorial to
reflect and remember the 300 years of
the Gloucestershire Regiment at the
NMA, Stsffordshire
Individual and group donations from ex-
members of the Regiment and those
who support its activities. The
Memorial will provide a long overdue
focus of the Regiment's history. Its large
number of battle honours will help
illustrate and enhance the publi
reputation it has achleved and from
which it will be remembered.
The Memorial is located at the NMA and
is available for all those visiting to see,
read about and understand the history
of the Gloucestershire Regiment and its
place in the history of the country. The
various inforniation Gontscts are readily
available via the QR code located on the
Memorial.

Achievements and Performance
j Having started with no funds at all it has
been extremely praiseworthy to be able
to have accumulated sufficient funds
from donations in order to design, plan
and erect a Memorial at the NMA within
2 years.
The Memorial was dedicated in
September 2024 at the NMA with some
300 plus individuals attending the
unveiling. It was unveiled by HRH The
Duke of Gloucester.
The ceremony was widely broadcast
locally and nationally by the press and
TV. A$ part of the benefit to the wider
public a QR code was attached to the
Memorial so that current and future
visitors to the NMA can link into the
Regimental Museum and other

imental websites.

As the charitys trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance wtth the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
(llhe Act-).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried oul
undér $8Ction 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination. I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under seclion 145(5Mb) of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confimi that no material matters have
come lo my attention in connects'on with the examination {gtkeptt

respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Charibes Act. or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
the accounts did nol comply with the applicable requirements
conceming the fomi and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
