Halifax Panthers Foundation Independent Examiner's Report to the Trustees of Halifax Panthers Foundatlon For the Period 11 October 2023 to 31 March 2025 I report lo the trustees on my examination of the accounts of Halifax Panthers Foundation (the Trust) for the period ended 31 March 2025. Responsibilities and Basis of Report As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordan￿ with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 1"the ACY'I. I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl of the Act. Independent Examiner's Statement I have completed my examination.
