'rhe organisation is run by truslees and is governed by a C.l.O. Foundation Consiitulion.
Appotntment, Training and Recruitment of Trustees
The trustees administer the day-to-day affairs of ihe charity. They are all experienced
trustee.s and act in an honorary Capacity. It is not currently the intention of the trustees of the
charily to appoini new trustees. Should the situation change in tuture, the trusteLs will appl).

benefii or expenses were paid to them in the year.
None of the truslees have any beneficial interest in the chariiy.
Risk ManaRement
'I"he Iruslees have identified and reviewed the major risks to which the charity is exposed. in
particular those related to the operations and finance of the charity. are satisfied that
systems are in place to miligate those risks.
Financial risk mgnagement and policies
The charity holds or issues financial instruments in order to achieve three main objeciives
bcing..
a) ro finance its operations;
b) to manage its exposure to interest and currency risks arising from operations and from
its sources of finance. and
c) for generdting funds.

In addition various financial instruments (e.g. debtors, creditors. accrua15 and prepayments)
arise directly from the charity's operalions.
C.'redit risk
The charilv monitors credit risk Closely and considers that its current wlicies of credit risk
checks meets ils objectives of managing exposure to credit risk. The charity has no
sigynificani concentrations of credit risk. Amounts shown in the balance sh¢et best represenl
the maximum credit risk exposure in the event oth¢r parties fail to perform their obligJation5
undcr the financial instruments. It is recogntsed that systems can only provide rea.80nable but
not absolute assurance that major risks hav¢ been adequately managed.
Related Party Transactions
All related party transactions have been disclosed tn the financial staiemenls.
ORIECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
Objeetives
The objeltives of the CIO are:
{1) Thc relief of the poor, sick. feebl¢ and frail throughout the world and in particular. but not
exclusively, amongst the members of the Jewish faith,
(li) 'fhe adN'ancement of the orthodox Jewi%h t"ailh,
(iii) The advancement of orthodox Jewish religious education.
Activities
The charity is tn the process of transferring all assets from Dunmos Charitable Trust,
replacing that charity.
The income of the charity will be derived from investments and from donations frorn the
truslLLs and thcir associates.
The aim is to distribute the income of the charitv to
organisations that fall within the objectives of the charity. The truslees wtll support those
organisati0115 deemed to promote the objectives of this charity.
The ITUStees confinn their compliance with the duty to have duc re&7ard to the public benLfit
bJuidance published by the Charity Commission when reviewing lh¢ charity"s aims dnd
objectives and in planning future activities.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
During th¢ year the charity was focusing on transferring assets from Dunmos CharÈtable
Trusl to il%elf. but duL to recent prc%sures reslilting from the Russ]￿kraIne war and othLr
worldw'ide upheavals the trnstee meetings were overwhelmed. However it is expected that
within 18 months this chartty will be fully functioning.

FINANCIAL REVIEW
The charity is reliant on the income from its investment properties and on voluntary income.
Investment Powers and Policy
In accordance with the constitution, Ihe Charity has the power to make any investment whiLh
the trustees see fit. The trustees regularly review the charity's position and needs in respcct
of the inv¢stment policy.
The Irustees, havtng regard to the liquidity of th¢ charity and reserves policy, op¢rate a policy
ol. holding available funds in interest beartng deposit accounts.

1.he charity accepts applications for grants from representatives of chariiies operating all over
l.ngla]id and abr()ad, N'htch are reviewed by the trustees on a regular basis. The t￿SteeS
consider all requests which they receive and make donations based on the level of funds
availjble.
Reserves Policy
It is the policy of the charity to mainlain unrestricted fund.8: which are the free reserves ()f the
charity, at a level which the trustees think appropriale after considering the future
ommitments of the charily and the likely administrative costs of the Charity for ihc next year.

Ihe trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees Annual Report and the financial
statements in accordance with applicable law and regulalions and United Kingdom
AcLounling Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice).
The law. applicable to charities in England and Wales requires the trustees lo prepare financial
statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the

all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as lo

The Charity is entitled to exemption from audii for the period 30 June 2024.
The tn15tees have not required the charity to obtain an audit of its fjnancial slalements for the
year ended 30 June 2024.
The trustees a¢knowledge their responsibilities for
a} ensuring that the charity keeps accouniing records that comply with the Charilies Act
2011 and
b) preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of
the eharilable trust as at the end of each financial year and ot. its SU￿lUS or dLficii for
each financial year in accordance with the requiremcnts of the Charitics Act 2011
relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the trust.
The fiiiancial statements have been prepared in accordance with the special provisions of the

Sidndard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2008).

NOTES TO THE FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS

I. ACCOiINTING CONVENTION AND POLICIES
The ac¢ounts have been prepared under the htstorical cost convention, and in
accordance with applicable accounting standards, including th¢ SORP
"Accounting for Charities"
Donatlons and Gifts are accounted for on a receivable basis.
E¥penditurc on management and administration of the charity includes all
expenditure not directly related to the charitable activities or fundraising activitie5.
2. TAXA'fioN
The tn]st is a registered charity and accordingly is exempt from taxation on its income
and gains where they are applied for charitable purposes.
3. RELATF.D PARTY T114NSACTIONS
None of the trustees were paid any remuneration or expenses by the charity during the
current or previous year.
