|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|Tonysguboriau PTA has had a successful year of fundraising<br>activities. The PTA has run 15 different types of fundraising<br>activities over the last school year including our Christmas<br>and summer fayre, sponsored cycling challenge, raffles,<br>disco’s, mother/ father’s day gifts and providing<br>refreshments at several school events such as Christmas<br>concerts and sports day.<br>We have embraced online booking and payment methods<br>and platforms this year such as Sum Up and this has been<br>well received by PTA members and parents/ carers.<br>Our parent/ carer community have been very generous in<br>their support, as have the local community with their kind<br>donations to support our events. Our net income from<br>fundraising events and other income sources was £7422<br>Our activities have mainly been focused on the children<br>attending Tonysguboriau Primary School however our<br>Christmas and Summer Fayres are open to the wider<br>community and we noticed an increased footfall at these<br>events by families outside of the Tonysguboriau School<br>community.|
