The charity is governed by its Constitution and operated by the **Board of Trustees** , who are responsible for overseeing its objectives, compliance, and financial activities. 

## **Objectives and Activities** 

The charity aims to support **children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)** by providing tailored advocacy, guidance, and resources to empower families and improve educational outcomes. Due to the charity’s recent registration and delayed operational launch, no financial activity took place in this period.

1. **Basis of Preparation** 

   - These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with **FRS 102 (Financial Reporting Standard) and the Charities SORP (Statement of Recommended Practice)** . 

2. **Financial Activity** 

   - As the charity was in its initial establishment phase and had **not yet begun operations** , no income or expenditure was recorded during this reporting period. 

3. **Reserves Policy** 

   - Given that no funds were received or spent, **no reserves were generated** during this period. The trustees will develop a formal reserves policy as funding is secured in future periods.
