The charity trustees shall manage the affairs of the CIO and may for that purpose exercise all the powers of the CIO. It is the duty of each charity trustee:

To raise charitable funds through fundraising, activities, or donations. To provide funds and support to The Bone Cancer Research Trust as our main charity beneficiary, through the organising, running, and administration of fundraising events to hopefully improve outcomes for people affected by primary bone cancer. To use our events, website, and social media platforms to raise awareness of bone cancer, and other such illnesses, and the symptoms surrounding them and to also provide links for support and further information, for those affected or those caring for somebody going Summary of the objectives of through treatment. the charity set out in its governing document To use our charity platform to help raise funds for other eligible organisations, both locally and nationally, who the trustees feel will benefit from our help. To assist others who wish to raise funds for local or nationwide based charities and organisations, in England and Wales, by assisting with fundraising events and promoting through our Matthew22 platform. To provide up to date information on our achievements via our website and social media with an aim to build up a consistent following of supporters. The following are some of the main events that The Matthew22 Fund Trustees have arranged or been involved in: Michael McIntyre’s Big Show – February 2025 Michael McIntyre Halifax Charity Show London Landmarks half marathon – April 2025 Manchester half marathon – October 2025 Nottingham half marathon – September 2025 Loch Ness half marathon – September 2025 Summary of the main Ben’s Tough Mudder – August 2025 activities undertaken for the Richard’s walk to work – May 2025 public benefit in relation to Steve’s Swansea half marathon – August 2025 these objectives (include Esme’s Football – June 2025 within this section the Darts Exhibition – June 2025 statutory declaration that Paul’s Marathon – April 2025 trustees have had regard to Golf day – August 2025 the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public There were also several smaller fundraising activities which, along with benefit) the above, helped to bring in donations. The Trustees can duly make the statutory declaration with regards to the guidance issued by the charity commission on public benefit. The Trustees have also read and agree to The Matthew22 Constitution and will abide by the rules set out in this governing document.

Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
This year we as a charity have exceeded expectations during our second year in the amount that has been raised.
This has been mainly due to the Michael McIntyre Big Show which was shown on TV in February and significantly raised awareness of The Matthew22 Fund.
Michael McIntyre also arranged a Charity Show in Halifax that he donated some of the proceeds to us, and we also managed to raise significant funds through the sale of merchandise and separate donations from the public.

Section E Financial review
The current Charity finances as of 1st November 2025 are £78242 of Brief statement of the which grants will be given to the above named charities and charity’s policy on reserves sponsorships, the balance remaining will be held in reserve for use during the year 25/26 to help new charities, to be able to sponsor other deserving causes and to raise the awareness of The Matthew22 Fund through social media and other avenues, as agreed with all of the Trustees.

For some of these fundraising events, we have had to pay an entrance fee to enable Trustees and Volunteers to take part in these events, and due to this expenditure, we have been able to raise the profile of The Matthew22 Fund.

At the 2025 AGM it was agreed by all Trustees, that Carolyn Hollingworth would stand down as a Trustee and take on a full-time role as a Charity Liaison Officer.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the period ended 31/10/2025.
- Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
