To preserve and protect the physical and mental health of women and their families living in England, by:providing information advice, support and signposting about good physical and mental health and wellbeing throughout all stages of life through, training, seminars, workshops and outreach projects, both online and face to face;
Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are: To Preserve And Protect The Physical And Mental Health Of Women And Their Families Living In England, By:• Providing Information Advice, Support And Signposting About Good Physical And Mental Health And Wellbeing Throughout All Stages Of Life Through, Training, Seminars, Workshops And Outreach Projects, Both Online And Face To Face;• Raising Awareness Of Issues That Adversely Affect Women’s Physical Health And Mental Health;• Providing Specialist Support, Counselling, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (Cbt), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (Dbt) And Trauma-Informed Therapy (For Women Experiencing Mental Ill Health, Both Directly And Through Referral To Specialist Partner Organisations; And• Advocating For Inclusion Of Women With Physical Disabilities And Impairments By Collaborating Or Partnering With Other Charities And Organisations.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
