Trustees, Annual Report For The Period
From 2nd October 2023
To
318t December 2024
Charity name: Jesus Saves Racing
A Charitable Incorporated Organisation {CIO) registered in England and Wales.
Objectives and Actlvlties
Jesus Saves Racing exists to advance the Christian faith through motorsport
activities across the country. Our outreach takes place at rdcing circuits, at events in
partnership with churches and other Christian organisations and through the
charities own events and community engagement.
When planning our activities for the year, the Trustees have considered the Charity
Commission's guidance on public benefit and. in particular, the specific guidance on
charities for the advancement of the Christian religion.
We have sought to do this in a number of ways by educating, training and teaching
about Christianity and Christian values through motorsport activities. We have also
sought to engage people away from the race track at a number of events, to share
the Christian message through the story of our organisation.
All of our activities rely on a team of committed volunteers and the trustees, freely
giving their time to support our charitable objectives.
Achievements and Perfomiance
The first year as an incorporated organisatlon has seen us develop both our on track
operation, by Involving new people and seeking to be as active as possible. as well
as being intentional to look for opportunities to grow our activities away from the race
track.
We launched a fundraising campaign to help support the rebuilding of our historical
car, this was met with a really encouraging response and we were able to achieve
the project in the first 6 months of this period. The car was entered into a number of
events in the 2024 racing season and enabled the Christian message to be shared
through a number of different media channels. including BBC One and Premier
Christian Radio.
We also responded to a request to speak at a men's outreach event where the hope
of Jesus was shared and this helped to raise the profile of the organisation as an
opportunity for others to partner with us in this objective.

Financial Review
The level of giving to the organisation has been encouraging in this first period and
we are grateful for all the support we have re￿ived.
Donations have been received directly from members of the team, friends and
family, as well as through promoting the mission of the team through word of mouth
and online through the website and social media. Outside donations have mainly
been received through the online giving platfomi JustGiving.
We have registered for gift aid and have made use of this facility during this period.
The JustGiving platform has also acted as an agent to make claims on our behalf for
eligible donations they have re￿ived.
Given that most of the costs involved are variable depending on the level of activity
we therefore have a fairly low level of essential operating expenditure. We do not
commit to activities until we have raised sufficient finances to cover them.
The Gharity has a good financial position for general reserves to meet the small
amount of fixed costs we are commltted to.
Structure, Governance and Management
The team is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation registered in England and Wales
under a constitution document dated 23rd February 2023. The only voling members
are the charity trustees, of whom there are 6 including the chairman.
Apart from the flrst Charity Trustees, every Charlty Trustee must be appointed by a
resolLrtion passed at a properly convened meeting of Ihe Charity Trustees. In
selecting individuals for appointment as Charity Trustees. the Charity Trustees must
have regard to the skills. knowledge and experience needed for the effective
