The Trustees hereby present their Annual Report for the financial year for the period 2nd October 2023 to 31st March 2025. The accompanying financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the charity’s governing document and the relevant accounting policies, and are fully compliant with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011, the Charities Accounts and Reports Regulations 2008, and the latest Charities Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) based on Financial Reporting Standard 102, as amended.
Objectives and Activities
The purpose of the charity is to advance the Christian faith while extending outreach and pastoral care to the wider community. Its mission includes relieving sickness and financial hardship among those in need, as well as promoting and preserving good health through the provision of goods, services, counselling, and support. The charity also seeks to encourage, welcome, and include young people, fostering a sense of belonging and hope.
The charity’s main activities encompass providing a place of worship, holding prayers, offering religious education, conducting ceremonies such as christening, wedding and funeral prayers service as well as delivering outreach and pastoral care to the community.
Achievements and Performance
The church has faced challenges in securing a permanent venue of own but has diligently provide regular prayer services every other Saturday and Sunday throughout the year, along with annual religious events. Additionally, a prayer program was organised during fasting periods and Holy Week. Over the course of the year, the Charity facilitated several gatherings during Mass services and conducted various ceremonies.
The church also held regular educational programs for children on religious and cultural heritage, supporting their physical, mental, and spiritual growth to help them become responsible citizens.
The Charity created opportunities for the community to unite and nurturing the maintenance of positive mental and spiritual well-being. It also built bridges to connect other communities, enabling the sharing and learning of various traditions. Furthermore, it organised

opportunities to travel to different cities to participate in spiritual celebrations, fostering broader connections and valuable experiences.
Financial Review
By the end of 31 March 2025, the charity achieved a net operating of £89,156.The charity reserves primarily to ensure a stable financial and to accumulate savings for the future purchase of its own church. The current cash reserve stands at £184,412. The charities have no concerns or uncertainties regarding its ability to continue as a concern.
Structure, Governance and Management
Establishment and Service Area:
Founded in the United Kingdom, our charity extends its services primarily to residents of the North East region of England. Our congregation comprises members from all parts of Tyne and Wear, reflecting a diverse and committed community.
Governance and Management:
The governance of the charity is overseen by a Board of Trustees, which convenes biweekly (every four weeks) to ensure effective oversight and strategic direction. The committee responsible for managing day-to-day activities reports directly to the Trustees.
Selection and Appointment of Trustees:

Trustees are nominated and elected by the general assembly in accordance with the charity's procedures.

Each trustee serves a term of three years, as determined by resolutions passed during properly convened meetings of the trustees.

In selecting individuals for trustee positions, careful consideration is given to their skills, knowledge, and experience to ensure effective governance and administration of the charity’s activities.
Renewal and Re-election of Trustees:

The management committee may nominate new trustees from among the congregation members every three years.

At the end of their term, trustees are required to retire but are eligible for re-election by the membership, provided they continue to uphold the charity's objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Individuals subscribing to and supporting the aims and objectives of the charity are encouraged to participate in governance and leadership roles.
