**Objects:** THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WALTHAMSTOW, WATFORD AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR AMATEUR FOOTBALL AND OTHER SPORTS CAPABLE OF IMPROVING HEALTH. IN THIS CLAUSE 3 "FACILITIES" INCLUDES LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT AND ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES.

**Activities:** The promotion of  community participation in healthy recreation for the benefits of the inhabitants of Walthamstow and Watford and surrounding areas by the provision of facilitites for amateur football and other sports capable of improving both mental and physical health.
