## **AGM of Trustees Meeting**
# **Tuesday 26[th] November 2024**

## **1. Apologies**
None
## 2. **Declaration of Interests**
None declared.
## 3. **Statement of Account**
The current account balance is £9256.87
A donation of £1500 was received from a Little Wings’ parent via their Company.
A further donation was received of £1786.50. A grandparent of two children in school passed away and they left wishes for donations from their funeral to be sent to the school.
As agreed, £7652.90 was paid out to the School budget to fund the memorial garden works which were completed in the summer.
## **4. Gift Aid**
The charity is now set up for Gift Aid.
## **5. Just Giving**
The charity has been officially registered with Just Giving.
This will initially be focussed on specific projects i.e. adventure play for all three sites **.**
Discussion around regular standing orders for donations and best mechanism for this. JW and RH to research. JA confirmed he can update on the Charities Aid Foundation.
## 6. **Expenditure Requests**
We have no specific expenditure requests at this time.
## 7. **Annual Audit**
JW will update the charity website with the annual accounts and will circulate a copy to the Trustees.
## 8. **AOB**
## **Coppice Kitchen**
JA has been investigating donations of equipment and kitchen cupboards from Howden’s and asked if the school has any contacts for electrical and plumbing work. Agreed that we would update JA following a meeting with the Local Authority on 17/12/24 as this will consider longer term use of the flats.
