**Objects:** TO PROTECT AND PROMOTE THE HEALTH OF THE PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR BY ENCOURAGING THE ADVANCEMENT OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND KNOWLEDGE AND OF ITS APPLICATION IN ALL ASPECTS OF HYPERTENSION AND ASSOCIATED CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES AND TO DISSEMINATE THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.

**Activities:** The International Society of Hypertension (ISH) is the premier global body dedicated to research, education and clinical excellence in blood pressure and related cardiovascular disease. Highlighted activities include: Scientific Meetings, New Investigator and Women in Hypertension Research networks and educational activities with a  focus on economically disadvantaged countries.
