Objects: To Promote Social Inclusion For The Public Benefit By Working With People Throughout England And Wales Who Are Socially Excluded, Relieving The Needs Of Such People And Assisting Them To Integrate Into Society, In Particular By:i. Providing A Local Peer Support Network Group That Encourages And Enables Members Of The Community To Participate More Effectively With The Wider Community.ii. Increasing, Or Co-Ordinating, Opportunities For Members Of The Community To Engage With Service Providers, To Enable Those Providers To Adapt Services To Better Meet The Needs Of That Community.for The Purpose Of This Clause ‘socially Excluded’ Means Being Excluded From Society, Or Parts Of Society, As A Result Of One Or More Of The Following Factors: Financial Hardship, Ethnic Origin, Race, And/or Immigration Status.the Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty Among Individuals From Minority Backgrounds And Their Dependents Throughout England And Wales Through The Provision Of Grants, Items, And Services That Ensure A Basic Standard Of Living They Could Not Otherwise Afford.
