The charity was established to promote and support ar@sts with mental, physical, or financial difficul@es, as described in its governing document.
No ac@vi@es were undertaken during the repor@ng period as the main administrator, Ms Ramona Mitrica, passed away shortly aJer registra@on and the fundraise never kicked off.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
The charity remained dormant during the period and did not engage in any fundraising or opera@onal ac@vity.

No income or expenditure was recorded during the period. No reserves are held. The charity remains dormant pending further trustee decision.
