This ranges from yoga and mindfulness in primary schools, to group sessions on a range of topics including anxiety. fr¢endships, neurodiversity and grief in secondary schools as well as one-to-one counselling and art therapy for those with the highest level of need5, who have not met the threshokl for thild and adolescent mental NHS support or who are unable to access thesu rovided.
