B is a young persons, mental health and
wellbeing charity serving the Brackley
commun
in South Northam
tonshire.
Our mission is to work directly with local
primary and secondary schools offering
range of age appropriate mental health and
wellbeing services. This ranges from yoga
and mindfulness in primary schools, to
group sessions on a range of topics
including anxiety. fr¢endships,
neurodiversity and grief in secondary
schools as well as one-to-one counselling
and art therapy for those with the highest
level of need5, who have not met the
threshokl for thild and adolescent mental

Achievements and Performance
Wrth long waiting lists and limited provision
of mental health services. often located far
from our communty, many young people
were left without the mental health support
they so desperately needed. B chartty was
fomied to fill this gap. providing local. easily
a¢￿SSIble wellbeing, prevents.on and early
intervention supporting local schools.
B provided this vital service in four primary
and one secondary school in and around
Brac￿ey. This has supported
approximately 250 children improving their
mental heafth and wellbeing. Teslimonials

I report lo the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity I'the Trust") for the year ended 3111212024.
Responslbllltles and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
{"the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145{5)(bl of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect..
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Charities Act- or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records., or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other Ihan any requirement
that the accounts give a 'lrue and fair, view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in
order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
