Objects: (1) The Objects Of The CIO Are For The Public Benefit The Relief Of Poverty By The Provision Of, Or Supporting The Provision By Others Of, Social Housing In The Form Of Almshouse Accommodation For Those In Need In Accordance With Sub-Clause (2) Of This Clause (The ?Beneficiaries?) Or For Such Other Charitable Purposes For The Benefit Of The Beneficiaries In Occupation Of Such Accommodation As The Charity Trustees From Time To Time Think Fit.(2) The Beneficiaries Shall Be Individuals Who Qualify To Be Almspeople Of The Almshouses Being Individuals Who Are Poor Widows Or Spinsters Of Good Character Of Not Less Than 50 Years Of Age Who (Except In Special Cases To Be Approved By The Charity Commission) Have Resided In The Area Of The Ancient Parish Of Cirencester For Not Less Than Five Years Or, In The Event Of Vacancies That Cannot Be Filled By Individuals Duly Qualified, Married Couples Who Are Otherwise Duly Qualified.
