## Activities

**Objects:** The advancement of education and literacy for the public benefit amongst people who are in financial hardship and who are attending food banks, food pantries, food support services, and other establishments addressing food insecurity by the provision of free, donated books, printed materials, and other literacy and educational support.

**Activities:** We bring books to food banks. We create relationships between food banks and the arts sector by sourcing volunteers from the books industry to staff a regular 'bookbank' at a local food bank. The book bank is a stall of free donated books and printed materials - where food bank users are encouraged to browse, take books, donate their old books and engage in conversation about books and more.
