**Activities:** -Advance the education and arts training of young people through fully funded and low-cost training provisions.-Ensure graduates are empowered to lead purposeful lives, prepared for future pathways.-Promote inclusivity, diversity, and personal growth within the arts.-Provide opportunities to develop transferrable skills.-Place the well-being of young people at the heart of the organisation
