- Structure: the charity is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation established by a deed dated 25 September 2023 and registered with the Charity Commission under number 1204903.

Trustees: Peter Griffiths (chair-appointed 25 September 2023) Andrew Horton (treasurer- appointed 29 September 2023) Joanne Freeman (appointed 26 March 2026)
New trustees are recruited by the existing trustees based on their capability and experience.
## **2024-25 Activity**
Following a successful festival in the summer of 2024, the Trustees decided not to run a festival in 2025 and to review the future of the charity later in the year. New local initiatives and venues have made it difficult to recruit volunteers to assist with the running of events, and after much thought the Trustees and management committee resolved on 12 December 2025 to cease operations and to close the charity.
## **Public Benefit**
The Trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit.
The Charity's Objects are ‘To advance the education of the public in the arts … in Winchcombe and the surrounding area, and the Trustees have resolved to support two local charities to further these objectives in the future.
## **Financial Review**
Accounts are prepared on a Receipts and Payments basis. There was no income in the year ended 31 July 2025 and the comparative figures show the results for the 2024 festival which fell in the period ended 31 July 2024.
The Trustees policy on reserves is to hold sufficient funds to finance the costs of a subsequent festival, and they consider that reserves were at this level at the end of the financial year. There are no restricted funds and reserves at the end of the year were £8,443.
There are no funds held as custodian on behalf of others.
The Trustees declare that they have approved the Trustees' Report above.
