**Objects:** TO ADVANCE HEALTH CARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF PEOPLE IN DERBY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY MAKING DONATIONS TO HOSPITALS, HEALTH-RELATED PROJECTS, CHARITIES AND ORGANISATIONS, PRIMARILY FROM MONEY RAISED BY AN ANNUAL CHRISTMAS CHOIR CONCERT.

**Activities:** The choir raises money through a fund-raising Christmas Concert in order to support a local Hospital, Health-related project, charity or organisation.  The selected beneficiary varies each year, and the choir rehearses for the Concert from September to December.
