Trustees, Annual Report
Duling the year. the trustees of Hope into Action Wesi Kenf andmedway have undertaken a
period of r¢vicw and reflection regarding the future direction of the cl)arity.
Due to unforeseen circun]stan¢e4 the truslees have decided not to continue operating undcr
the suprA)rt and framework of the wid¢r charity Hope into Aclion (UW. The trLths are
currently exploring alt¢rnative partnerships to continue the vision of providing housing and
support to those in need within tbe Kent and Medway area.
To this end, no income or expenditute h&s recorded during the financial y￿. The
charity h&s remaitled dornwLt whilst these discu&sions and strategic considerations have
taken place.
In order to prevent any conknion with the national charity and to reflect the new direction,
the trustees have resolved to change the name of the charity to W4ym4ker Hollsing Trust
Kent and Medway with effect from 29 October 2025.
The trustees remain Committed to the charity's underlying purpos¢- to offer hope and a
home to those experiencing housing insecurity- and will continue to seek appropriat¢
partnerships and Tesourc¢s to fulfil this under the new nallK.
