NEW ASIAN FRIENOSHIP CENTRE - ACCOUNTS.
As the appointed IndeperKlent Examiner for the accounts of the above tharity for the year 20241
can report as follows'.-
RMpectiv• rn8pon8lbllltlo8 of TnMt••s and oxamingr
The charity's Trustees are responsib￿ for the preparation of the a¢￿unts. The tharity's Trustees
eongider that an audrt is not requiraJ for this year under seth'on 144(2) of the Charilies Act 2011
(the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility as the appointed Indep￿dent Exarn￿er to..
exarnine the accounts under Secti(￿ 145 of the 2011 Ac(
to follow the rmcedures laid down in the gereral difections given by the Charity
Commission under section 145(5Xb) of the 2011 Act and
to state whether particular matters have CO￿ to ny altsntion.
Ba•18 ol Ind•p•nd•nt •xamIn•￿# r•port
My examination was Ixrried out in accordanc* with the gewal Directions by the Charity
Commission. An exarnlnats'on includ8s a review of the accounti'ng records kept by the charity and
a comparison of the accounts presented with th08e records. It also indud8s consideration of any
unusual items or dis(knures in the ac(x)unts. and seeking explana1￿)n$ from you as Trustees
concernbng any 8u¢h mattern. The procedures undertak•) do not providè all the ovidence that
would be required in an audit and consequentfy no opinion is given as to whother the accounts
present a 'true arKI fair view, and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement
below.
Ind•p•nd•nl •x•mlnoe• •tatsm•nt
Subject to the qualifiGqtion to the accounts slat•J above I can confimi that in ￿nne￿on wlth my
examination, no matter has corr• to my attenlion:
whlch glves me rea8cmable cause to believe that in material respeci the roquirements
have not been met which require that the chaflty..
keep accounting records in accordan(* with 8eclion 130 of the 2011 Act, and
prepare accounts whith accord the ac(x)unting records atKI comply with the
accoUn￿ng requirements of the 2011 Act: or
to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to •nabb a proper
understsnding of the accounts to be Thched.
